Keep in mind that each participating business may have their own minimum purchase requirements.  For example, in order to spend a $10 VisitCowan certificate, a certain participating business may require a minimum $15 purchase while another participating business may only require a minimum $7 purchase.  Simply ask the clerk, cashier, or manager for details.
