The Bill Miller Community Center was built by Cowan Commercial Club to house Cowan's Boy Scout program. With that, the building is affectionately known as the "Scout House".  

In February 2008, Cub Scout Pack 361 reorganized and is renewing efforts to return the Scout House to good repair.  Your contributions of time, money and materials are always welcomed.  To volunteer, contact Jason or April Johnson at 967-2810.
