Tom Cowan is one of the area's premier woodcrafters and his store in downtown Cowan is a museum experience! The Cowan Artisan features period furniture in the early Tennessee and Kentucky tradition. The woodworking shop provides inlays, carving and turning. There is also a selection of small and affordable wooodcrafts and ornaments. The store is located at 114 E.Cumberland Street a few doors up from The Franklin-Pearson House. Parking in front is limited so you may want to pull around to the back.
